• Electrical – Electrical Engineer, did own house wiring when I built the house;
• Managing Agent – attending to 35 complexes, issues such as water leaks, waterproofing, gate automation, repairs to doors and many more, gutter cleaning & repair, painting, insurance claims, blocked drains, etc
• Registered real estate agent currently employed by Urban Index and operating as the Operations Manager. 
• I am dealing with contractors, obtaining quotations for work, and overseeing these projects to sign off once complete. 
• I liase with the Trustees of these complexes to keep them abreast of progress of quote approvals, etc. 
• I am a reliable person that can be trusted to perform the duties as expected. I have my own computer and fibre internet. 
• I have my own reliable transport.
• I have a lot of experience regarding plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc and lots of maintenance requitements in and around buildings.  
• I deal with insurance claims, fire equipment servicing, safety, and security issues.

• Eskom – 22 years
• Jacobs Clean Energy (Engineering Firm) – 17 years – electrical, mechanical, and Civil construction project management.

Retired Electrical Engineer - experience in project managing electrical, mechanical & civil projects wile with previous companies (Eskom & Jacobs Clean Energy)

Currently employed as the Operations Manager with a realty company attending to & overseeing repair activities at 35 complexes - ratifying contractors' quotations and invoices and job inspections and sign-offs.
