Perston Naidoo

I've been working in Karbochem for my entire working career for around 8 years until they closed down. I am passionate about safety and the difference i can make by spotting dangers around the workplace very quickly and easily. I am a person who thinks outside the box putting thought's in specific scenarios to help me identify issues and threats. I am very dedicated to any task that i take on no matter how lenghty and challenging it may be. I would always find a solution to certain issues and would ask for help if ever i needed a fresh mind to give their insight if ever i am stuck. 

I have worked in a production company and further went on to the water treatment and supply to the whole plant. Operating in a control room and on the plant to ensure no disruptions of vital emergency water and plant operating water. I ensured there to be continuous water for drinking and ablution in the entire plant, monitoring different pumps and supply pressures. Furthermore while performing my duties, i was nominated to be the SHE representative for my entire plant of responsibility gaining me the minimum experience towards my qualifications. 

I currently possess a certificate in Safety and Management Training course (SAMTRAC) completed at NOSA Newcastle in 2014. My secondary schooling was completed in Ladysmith Secondary School were i have done English, Afrikaans, Mathematics(FET), Life Orientation, Life Science, Physical Science and Geography. I have matriculated with a Bachelors pass in 2013.
