Penni Lutchman

I aspire to become an educator of the English Language to foreign learners in Europe with the intention to shape young minds and inspire the older generation. 
My unwavering passion for engaging and connecting with people of diverse ethnic backgrounds, particularly younger people, a love for animals, a sense of adventure and enthusiasm for the great outdoors is what would best describe my interests and zest for life.

I thrive on placing my best foot forward in everything that I venture into. I’m driven by my ambitious to enrich others lives by imparting the knowledge that I have gained through my experience and academic endeavours. 
I enjoy engaging in activities such as Dramatic Arts, Sporting Activities such as Swimming, Baseball, and Basketball and Cultural Dance. 
 

I hold a 120 Hours TEFL Certificate and a 20 Hours TEFL Practical CERTIFICATE. In addition I have attained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences majoring in Psychology and Criminology. 
My personal teaching philosophy will entail educating students with the use of creative examples through the utilization of their senses, song and dance, and the use of realia, puppets, flashcards for young children, personal experience and formal methods for adults, older children and business professionals. Every lesson plan will follow the foundational framework which is based on the PPP (Presentation, Practice and Production). Moreover, a time will be allocated to each activity. Encouraging participation and classroom interaction will form the foundation of my teaching principals.
I would appreciate the chance to be afforded with the opportunity to assist the Tefl Community in enriching minds.
