Pauline Tibane

I have 18 years’ experience in ICT with 12 years in ICT management. I am employed at Capricorn District Municipality as an Chief Information Officer, mainly responsible for management of Information Technology Department. I also have been appointed by Council as an acting Executive Manager Corporate services and  have successfully managed corporate services Administration, Legal Services, Human Resource and ICT.

I have grown through my experience in managing the ICT department in the Municipality and also assisted all local municipality with ICT initiatives. I have vast experience in human resource, financial and IT project management and I have ensured that IT systems implemented are aligned to institutional strategic and operational objectives.

I have all the required relevant qualification including, Municipal finance management programs, hospital management programs, Project Management and ITIL V3 Certification, Cobit 5 Foundation and implementation Certification as well as versant with the latest 4IR technologies.

I am willing to share my experience to improve and add value to your services once i am awarded an opportunity to be part of your service delivery.
