I have been in the fiduciary industry for 26 years. I am passionate about my work, I have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. I've learned great communication skills, listening skills and problem-solving skills that help me in my day-to-day work.
Experience
I started as a junior wills drafter where the will was already written out on a page for us by the quality checker. We had to type it over in will format. My job description changed to a senior wills drafter where I started drafting wills myself without the guidance of a quality checker. I gained another role, where I started checking the wills of the other drafters.
Education
I obtained a certificate from Academy of Learning as well as a diploma (N4, N5 and N6) as a Business Assistant. Furthermore, we receive on-the-job training that promotes the drafting of more complex wills.
