  • Regularly review credit balances of students not registered
  • Perform account audit
  • Receive and control requests for completeness
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is included
  • Capture the control sheet on the share drive
  • Evaluate request and approve as per authorization levels
  • VSS – student account transactions
  • Daily receipting of cash, card, and eft payments
  • Custodian of manual receipt books. Provide training and keep record book up to date.  Ensure compliance with rules
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform daily banking
  • Follow up on all banking not reflecting on bank statements within 48 hours
  • Report faulty credit card machines
  • Replenish stationery quarterly
  • Manage the petty cash for Student Accounts and Bursaries 
  • Replenish petty cash monthly
