I have extensive experience providing desktop support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring hardware and software, and providing training and support for end users. I am proficient in a variety of software and hardware systems, and have the ability to work effectively under pressure. I am always looking for ways to improve the end-user experience and ensure that systems are running smoothly and efficiently

I hold an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology from Nelson Mandela University, which I completed in April 2021. My education has provided me with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field of desktop support. I am dedicated to continuing my education and staying up to date on the latest developments in technology.
