DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assisting quality control specialists to test products before, during and after the manufacturing process to
ensure that products align with company and legal standards.
• Ensuring that the laboratory instruments are calibrated weekly and maintain calibration records.
• Following laboratory policies and procedures in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO
17025:2017, and ISO 45001:2018.
• Conducting chemical analysis for water treatment, paper technology, and sugar using standard technical
service test methods.
• Promoting good laboratory practice (GLP), housekeeping and safety.
• Compiling and interpretation of technical services and interim reports to meet customer and sales
requirements.
• Maintaining clear and accurate records of all activities and findings of analysis.
• Conducting a risk assessment to assess materials that pose a hazard before starting work.
• Assisting seniors in conducting projects and reviewing existing technical service test methods.
• Analysing deposit and coupon samples using technical service test methods.
