I'm working for hifi rosebank as a service center administrator,and I've been with the company for 3 years now and I recently been working at the stock room receiving stock and I also work at the customer service department.

I am excited to apply for this role. As a I have abilities to provide excellent service in a professional manner. I'm currently working for Hifi Corp in Rosebank as a Service Centre Administrator and customer care , been with Jdg group for 3 years now.

It's been a great journey and I love my job because I got to enjoy my department and  gained experience.My background in the people service industry has equipped me with great time management skills, interpersonal skills, great communication skills, and the ability to prioritise. Ian  a perfect candidate for this role , because I enjoy enteracting with customers and providing solutions. I am innovative and can think on my feet.

I finished my Matric back in the days 2008 and I then took a gab year thinking I would go to tertiary soon as my parents were still gathering their finances , but no luck until I applied at South West College for financial management , I then did not complete due to being pregnant.I then applied for a IT Technical Support learnership with Skills Panda and KPMG for a period of 12 months and completed but as not graduated or neither receive my Qualification.
