I graduated from Northwest University at the Potchestroom Campus with a Ba in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I am currently a Human Resources Intern at Werksmans Attorneys, one of the leading South African law firms.

If I had to describe myself in three words, they would be:Passionate, honest and curious. I am a responsible team player that can handle any difficult circumstances. I can operate well both independently and in a team setting.

Working closely with the Graduate Recruitment Manager to execute all campus events in line with the graduate recruitment strategy. 

Process registrations with the various universities and ensure smooth running of career days and hosting of workshops and a range of grad recruitment events

Assist the graduate recruitment manager with the graduate selection process from screening applications to shortlisting and setting up interviews

Set up candidates to complete the online psychometric assessments. Organize assessment days’/ panel interviews with the Professional Staff Committee.

Preparing Curriculum Vitae packs for Professional Staff Committee and schedule the interviews.

Respond to all graduate queries. Handling all acknowledgment and regret letters. Preparing bursary contracts and appointment contracts for Candidate Attorney's.

Filing of all training registers, graduate and relevant Candidate Attorney documentation

Registration and payment of board exams. Preparing of Candidate Attorney welcome packs. Ensure payments are processed in time. Managing marketing collateral stock for all the graduate campaigns

Ensuring all marketing collateral is sourced and branded in line with the graduate recruitment campaign and company corporate identity, this includes social media.

Maintenance, auditing and updating all employee records.
