Within the infrastructure space the standardization of retail hardware for accelerated software conversion within the region. 100% Standardization completed.

Reductions of expenses, direct ROI

Direct saving of 23% of total salary expenditure year to date within the Warehousing Operations division which was linked to the Labour Management System incentive program. Kronos Implementation and SAP integration, the medium to large project, successfully completed as a blueprint for a national project initiative.  

Implementation of Online line E-Learning Central Learning publishing infrastructure. The user interaction and review via the learning management system required changes to the tangible changes at each operating distribution centre nationally, the engagement of an Industrial engineer ensured that further operational efficiencies were achieved, the learning management system accelerated the required changes prior to processes being implemented as the inefficiencies where identified and modified during the content development and training process.  

Attributes and Traits: 

From the skillset that I attained, I’ve learned to employ teamwork and leadership as a key attribute to project implementation. I find it with great satisfaction to utilize the practical skills that I have attained to break down complex concepts, decisions, or processes into pockets of information, which further allows collaborative decision making to be swiftly concluded. I enjoy Data & audience targeting by artificial intelligence. I personally enjoy patterns and trends which contribute to the mix of project elements coming together from being executed with precision and purpose.
