My interpersonal and intercultural competence ensures I deliver appropriate guidance in the workplace, driving organisational goals and efficiencies. I approach tasks with energy and action to ensure constructive project management. I function well as an individual and in team environments. I am comfortable with change and resilient under pressure, as I was previously a medic. My recognised personality strengths include attention to detail, being hardworking, creative, and reliable.
