• Routine testing and sampling of utilities.
• Trend analysis.
• Analysing raw material, in-process, finished product and stability samples according to specifications.
• Reviewing analytical data, analytical reports and performing peer reviews
• Housekeeping of the laboratory
• Preparation of sample containers
• Perform swabbing for cleaning validation in production
• Analysing validation samples according to validation protocols and investigational samples as directed.
• Training other laboratory staff as requested and appropriate.
• Actively participate in analytical method transfers and method validations as required
• Conduct and document out-of-specification/out-of-trend result investigations
• Filling in daily equipment operational log sheet
