As a qualified and competent Counter-Balance forklift Operator I am capable of: 

• Identifying and classifying freight/loads.
• Planning for work activities and preparing the work area.
• Loading,unloading,shipping, and receiving items.
• Operating the forklift safely
  transporting materials to different locations.
• Performing daily pre-start and pre-operational checks.
• recognizing,assessing,and reporting health and safety hazards and situations in the work place.

I also have over 7 years of working in the Telecommunications industry as a Customer Services and Technical Support agent, aswell as a further 2 years of experience working as a Legal Receptionist. What drives me is my love for business and being able to pass down skills gained from my work experiences, to others.My goals are to gain competence in operating other forms of Machinery, such as: The ADT Dump truck, the 777 Dump Truck, An excavator, amongst many others with the purpose of opening my own learning institution and Machine hiring company.

With my strong background in administration and my passion for
delivering exceptional support,lam confident in my ability to contribute to your team's success. In my previous role as a legal secretary/receptionist for Makiwane Attorneys Incorporated(Which I worked for 2+ years),I was responsible for managing, schedules,coordinating meetings,and handling correspondence amoung other key responsibilities.l developed excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail while ensuring seamless office operations. Additionally, l am proficient in usin CRM systems, microsoft Office Suite and phone systems  such as VoIP. I am highly skilled in areas of conflict resolution and trouble shooting. I also possess interpersonal skills, communication skills, data entry and typing skills and Multitasking which i obtained from working in the Telecommunications industry as a Customer services and technical support agent for CCI over a period of 7 years.

l also have experience with CIPC,CSD,SARS efiling an Bizportal as l assisted many with such registrations as a freelance services provider working under my own registered company.

I have recently obtained a certificate and licence in operating a counter-balance lift truck ( Forklift; F2) through Wheelset Academy on the 12/7/2024. I also have a certificate in Administrative Management which I obtained through Alison courses.
