I have worked for hollywoodbets as a Deposit agent for 8 months. My duties included taking customer calls. Resolving clients queries via internal and external emails. Creating clients deposits.
I got promoted to be Withdrawals Administrator. Respond to and action customers queries and update banking details.
Investigate and action client’s unpaid funds.
Respond to internal queries and escalate queries to the relevant departments.
In October 2022 i was promoted to be a Senior Withdrawals administrator.
Attending Audits queries
Balance daily payments (Bets.net)
Managing daily active debits received and allocate them to specific team members.
Raise all shortages and update the Masterfile
Compile AOD documents for submission to ibranch AOD.
Assist when requested in the managing of withdrawals team members.
