I hold N5 in Human resources and have spent the last 8 years working as a sales agent. I've had the opportunity to work as a realtor and through my hard work I became one of the top selling realtors, making it to the top 3. I'm known for my problem-solving skills and my ability to work collaboratively with teams. Outside of work, I'm passionate about exercising, dancing and socializing. 

 

During my call centre experience I have gained and nurtured the ability to launch effective problem-solving strategies, excellent customer service, good communication skills and handling Telephone calls professional.

My experience in the legal fraternity and particularly in a law firm has helped me develop technical skills, litigation skills, communication skills, complex solving skills, computer skills and has exposed me to many functions such as drafting of legal representations and serving documents.

I majored in Personnel Management which has assisted me in understanding people and their needs, how to work with people and how to deal with people. It has also assisted me in understanding that every company deals with job analysis, defines and measures job performance, performance appraisal, employment testing, employment interviews, personnel selection and employee training, which has motivated me to work hard so that I can be one of the best sales agent.
