Drafting and preparing legal documents including Letters of demands, typing first consultation records, making weekly and monthly reports, Customer relations, Self-discipline and Confidentiality as the attributes/values required, Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written) Computer Literacy Skills, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Problem solving Skills, Ability to work in a team and Independently, Willingness to work after hours when needed. Researching legislation and case law relating to matters including; but not limited to criminal, labour and civil matters. 2 years’ work experience, working within a legal environment being an administrator. Working with company system referring matters to specialists closing finalized matters also writing summaries and reports of matters closed or followed up on.
