I am aware of the numerous and diverse challenges within the industry. As a highly motivated and goal orientated person I meet these challenges head-on. The experience and exposure I received over the past 23 years laid the foundation for my work ethic, values, viewpoints and focus regarding the industry. As a manager I have excellent conflict resolution skills which enable me to higher productivity levels within the organization. My positive and supportive attitude towards people forms the basis in which I deal and connect with people - accepting them for who they are regardless of their orientation or background. All the clients I have the privilege to treat, the hotels, resorts and spa's for whom I worked for, hold my treatments, work ethics and attitudes in high esteem.

I view myself as a lifelong learner who not only have to broaden my horizons, but have to constantly need to keep up with the latest innovations and trends within the industry. With the focus on the latest techniques, research, products, viewpoints and issues in the therapeutic world, I am convinced that a person's success depends on continuous personal development and empowerment.
