has 21 years of work experience, 13 of which have been spent in welfare services with the government and non-governmental organizations. During this time, I had the opportunity to participate in Mentoring Youth Development Programs, Monitoring and Evaluation of Funded Non-Profit Organizations, and Management of Finances and Operations for a Non-Profit Organization. This gave me expertise and abilities in creating financial statements, auditing, human resource management, procurement, logistics, financial management, budgeting, stakeholder relations, financial reports for funders, and operations management.
