started working as a call center agent at Direct Channel Marketing however after a year I got promoted as quality assurance consultant and I moved to a new company which was First Federal Investment after a year I got promoted to the Quality assurance team leader and I also received a certificate as the best quality assurance of the year in 2016. I am currently working for Cartrack's head office in Rosebank as the quality assessor. I have been working in the call center industry for 14 years, I am qualified as an evaluated and quality coach.

Imam a Quality Assurance Assessor and a sales coach and I am passionate about coaching and for the past 3 years that I have been with Cartrack, I have made an impact by coaching and training Sales Agents on call dispositions. I have a total of 12 years of experience as a QA Assessor and Quality Coach. Over these 12 years, I have acquired various skills such as good communication, paying attention to details, reporting, and training skills. I am in possession of RE05 and FAIS qualifications
