About Ntokozo Sipayile:
I am Sipayile Ntokozo I live at Balasi Location Bhisho, I have studied Public Management at King Hintsa TVET College in Idutywa. After I did experiential learning for eighteen months in Health Department, then I obtained National Diploma certificate in Public Management. Then I did Internship programme for two years also in Department of Health.
Experience
- Data capturing using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Complaints, Work Skills Plan, Annual Training Report for the whole Province, Procurement Report which includes outstanding and paid commitments).
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Prepare and submit weekly schedule to superiors.
- Procuring Goods and Services for the unit and for Districts facilities/Institutions learning centres.
- Coordinate Induction programmes, e.g., Breaking Barrier to entry into Public Service (BB2E), Compulsory Induction Programme (CIP).
- Coordinate Trainings which includes Customer Care, Occupational Health, and Safety (OHS), Emotional Intelligence and Change Management.
- Collect orders and email others to Service Providers for services to be provided.
- Receiving Goods and place them in storeroom after proper checking accuracy.
- Collect Goods Received Vouchers (GRV's) for approval of payment after services had been provided.
- Submit invoices in the Payment section to process payments.
- Call Assert Management section for recording and tagging of items sold.
- Issuing equipment sold for Districts Facilities/Institutions learning centres.
- Prepare shifting of funds for submission when necessary for funds to be shifted on the budget.
- Prepare memos for submissions requesting transport for official/s.
- Prepare memo requesting transport for official/s.
- Performing general administrative duties such as typing memos, printing, sending emails and filing the documents accordingly.
- Attending Induction programmes and trainings in different Districts Facilities/Institutions to assist in logistics needed, handling and collect attendance registers.
- Assist in any outstanding claims.
- Follow up on outstanding procurements.
- Prepare financial report for submission.
- Handling unit attendance register.
- Collect leave credits.
- Submit approved leave forms for officials along with their supporting documents.
- Attend unit meetings and take minutes of the meeting held.
