About Ntokozo Dlamini:
Worked in the Student Environment for more than 20 years. Was involved in managing Student Value Chain, and Chaired different committees that dealt with student matters and related issues. Was a member of the Senate the highest decision-making body in terms of academic activities? I am passionate about Higher Education. My office dealt with all student-related issues, registration, residences, orientation, placement, and any issues that affected the well-being of the student.
Developed policies for the Registrars division and approved such policies. Developed Standard Operation Procedures for the section. Involved in the recruitment and selection of staff. Training staff, as well as performance management of employees, was my responsibility.
