I have graduated with a B -Tech in Industrial Engineering from the University of Johannesburg. My aim is to make a lasting impact in my workplace through continuous and sustainable improvement. I am a goal driven self-starter and have excellent interpersonal skills.
I enjoy the manufacturing engineering sector. I have put my course theory into practice in a variety of ways, most effectively as a production supervisor for a mass production line at Eskort pty ltd and later promoted to Continuous Improvement Administrator. Having extensively researched your company’s values and products, I was especially interested in the opportunities and growth that one is exposed to when working for such an organisation. I feel it would be the ideal place for me to advance my career and I believe I can be an excellent addition to your team.
My current position requires management of Visual Performance Management through troubleshooting effects on OEE through the use of Lean Tools, encouraging team collaboration in Root Cause Analysis for poor Quality, Delivery, Speed, Safety and Morale issues amongst other responsibilities.

I have acquired knowledge in engineering and management, research and development, leadership and mentoring, test and problem-solving. My engineering forte is in industrial and Lean implementation, analysing and solving the most complex of problems.
