I am a Food Technologist looking for a job in the Food Industry. I am interested in gaining more knowledge in the industry. I am able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis. I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. I am enthusiastic, self-motivated, responsible and a hard working person. 

I am a QA intern at RCL Foods Grocery and have the following experience: 

Quality Control(GMP Inspection, Final Product Inspection, Swab Collection)

Laboratory work (Moisture testing, pH testing, Salt Testing, Acid testing, FFA Testing, PV Testing, Don-V testing and Viscosity testing)

Administration 

Supply Quality Assurance (Maintained Approved Suppliers data base, Raw Material and Packaging Material Risk Assessment, Raw Material and Packaging Materials, COA Verification) 

Food Safety Management Systems ( External Audit Preparations, TACCP, HACCP and NCR's)

Plants involved ( Mayonnaise plant, Oil plant, Dry and Wet Pet Food plants, Sorghum plant, Bottle plant and Peanut Butter Plant) 

Finishing my National Diploma in Food Technology within a Month.
