I am Nthabiseng Julita Mphela,  am 32 years old and I have two kids, single mother. 

Am leaving at my mother's house here at mokopane and I currently employed at Sasko bakery ( mokopane bakery) as a Genera cler  since 2014. I am hardworking, perseverance, fast learner and understanding person.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF TELESALES     
            
● Attends to the customer orders placed by telephone, email or personal calls
● Creating the POD (invoices)
● Capturing all orders 
● Handle customer queries

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CASHIER 
• Receiving all the payment and money from driver
● Balance the daily cash and bank it 
● Capturing the income payment in the spreadsheet

RESPONSIBILITIES OF RECONS
● Processing of extra charges and short loads (daily)
● Reconciliation of driver books
● All the IDC queries are resolved on time Shoprite, OK, PNP, and Spar
● Driver shorts list is circulated
● Driver shorts are resolved, and cash paid in daily
● Recon sheets are signed by drivers, filled and attached to recon
● Linking of scanned invoice (Archiving)
● Process incoming payments and reconcile line items on the sap system 
● Checking all shipments are closed daily
● Ensure drivers capture the correct claim numbers and all claims on the devise and correct if necessary
● Capture reason codes accurately on the system
● Ensure that the Driver Route allocation is correct when capturing on the sap system
● Ensure drivers use the correct material code on the device, update where necessary
