1. Quality Control Lab Technician intern 

• Adhere to and work  as per IS0170225:2017
• Data analysis,  evaluation  and documentation  of the results ( according  to  ISO9001)
• Analysing samples in the laboratory and send other samples  for microbiological tests to external SANAS certified laboratories. 
•  Use SAP for sample ordering  and track for laboratory, follow up with Vendor. SRM creation. 
• Record the final results for raw materials and finished products on Lims and SAP.
• Responsible for start-u0p, monitoring and shutdown of natural chemical utilities,  that is cooling towers, chillers, vacuum pump,  air compressor, computer control systems, scrubbers, de-ionized water and clean stream. 
• Shipping/ receiving samples, record and report packaging inventory as required. 
• Maintain effective communication with all the departments needed to ensure efficient workflow within the plant.
• Preparation of standards,  mobile phases, reagents. 
• Collecting samples for all the used blenders from production, to check the chemical strength residue and allergen verification. 

    2. Sampling trainee 

         Maintain good housekeeping as per GMP's by keeping production areas clean.

• Obtain and inspect finished/ in-process products and performs spring and testing as required. 
• Operate storage, blending  and packaging equipment to transfer materials to production through to finished goods inventory.
• Create sales orders, outbound deliveries and shipments using SAP.
• Packing of finished products ( liquids a day powders) into correct packaging.
