I highly understand the relevant Accounting Standards, the generally Accepted principles and the financial Reporting Standards.  I am good at verifying the financial report information provided. I have a knowledge of taxation, VAT, Debtors Control, Creditors Control. I worked with QuickBooks and Pastel, Sage and Xero up to Balance Sheet. I am confident to say I have gained a lot of experience in the field. I worked as an administrator who was also responsible for upkeep of the office. These experiences have improved my communication, leadership and my ability to meet deadlines.

Experience

Debtors and Creditors reconciliation for Group of Companies.

Communicate with Creditors where applicable.

Income and Expenditure processing for the Group.

Maintain accurate records of payments and invoicing.

Make EFT Payments as and when required, send remittance advices to the suppliers.

Send Customer Statements.

Prepare monthly Supplier & Accounts receivables Recon.

Import Bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations weekly..

VAT monthly Calculations and submit Return to SARS for all Companies within the Group. 

Income tax returns for group of Companies.

Prepare Payroll and prepare PAYE returns submissions.

Communicate with SARS and make arrangements where necessary.

Register Companies and make changes where applicable with CIPC and submit Annual Returns yearly for all Companies within the Group.

Perform any other reasonable task as assigned by direct management.
