Provide efficient administrative support to the Learning and development team. Maintain and update the internal database and paper-based systems to accurately record all L&D activities. Produce regular reports to update managers and staff on training progress. Evaluation of facilitator adhering to roll out plan. Collecting evaluation documents after facilitation for the Academy Manager. 

In the absence of an ETQA Manager, I perform in-house ETQA checks on developed material by external technical writers and liaise with external moderators and various company SMEs to ensure relevant and quality content is developed. Check customized material against Alignment matrices created as per SAQA unit standards.

Attending to machine breakdown accompanied by a senior artisan. Experience in attending pump failure, and workshop machine breakdown i.e., bandsaw, and drill press. 

Experience in fabrication, design, and putting together brackets for machine modification.

Planned maintenance on pressing, stamping machines, furnace as well as aluminum tube manufacturing machines. 

Conducted equipment repairs and performed testing to ensure optimal functionality. 

Eliminated risk by correctly identifying potential safety hazards.

Interpreted drawings for toolmakers to determine quantities and sizes of materials and various finishes required.
