My name is Ntakadzeni Ramaleba I graduated with a BA Honours in Counselling Psychology from the University of South Africa and hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. I has gained extensive experience in Scrum Mastering, Business analysis, UX/UI design , Usability testing and research, System regression testing, and production support. With a strong focus on agile project delivery and system migration. I have cultivated a profound interest in Customer centric approach, Product Management and Design Thinking during my tenure at iqbusiness.
