I am a driven and motivated young professional who has the capacity to learn and expand his knowledge and experience. I am able to critically analyze and dissect situations and determine the best possible solution to problems and provide services to customers. 

I have worked at a panel shop as a service advisor, attending to the needs of customers and ensuring that they are satisfied. I would confirm bookings for clients, make sure that deadlines for vehicle repair completion are met, keep clients updated about the progress being made on theyre vehicles. 

I have a degree in business administration which I have acquired from University of KwaZulu Natal. I am close to completing my post graduate diploma in business management through MANCOSA.
