I was an Executives Assistant for support functions, Executive Director: Senior Country Officer, Executive Director: Head of Compliance for Sub-Saharan Africa and Executive Director: Human Resources for Sub-Saharan Africa for 3 years
Duties: coordination meetings and events, travel arrangements and other logistics for business trip and office items organized at all times.
Take minutes of the meeting, prepare Invitation Letters for internal visitors from other locations. Make sure contracts and other documents are put in a safe area. Send meeting invites and book meeting rooms for internal / external meetings, for faceto face meetings, or Audio Conferencing as well as Zoom callsPrepare Expense Reports, Invoices and Personal Reimbursement for payments (Concur). Performing call back on a new vendor and load the vendor on the system for payment (Concur).
Then I moved to front office as an Executive Assistant to Executive Director: Head of Wholesale Payments for Sub-Saharan Africa and team of 7 members. I was with this team until May 2022
