Nosipho Wilson

Good day, 

I am Nosipho Jeanetta Wilson from Upington, Northern Cape. I matriculated in 2019 at Paballelo High School in Upington. Moved to Durban, KwaZulu-Natal in 2020 to study. I initially wanted to study Nursing yet got rejected. I got accepted at the University of KwaZulu-Natal for Bachelor of Social Science (NQF 7) and majored in Psychology and Sociology. I then eventually started loving the discipline of Psychology, similiar to Nursing, this discipline focuses on understanding the root of peoples's problems. I finished my undergraduate as, I always finish what I started. I moved home ended of 2022 after completeing my degree in record time. I started working as an Educator Assitant (Reading Champion) in 2023 yet I never limited myself to my job description. I closely worked and assisted Math teachers in class and learners in their absence at a school in my area. In March, the same year, I started a tutoring business called “After School is After School”. I tutor Grade 7-9 Mathematics(both in Afrikaans and English) and Life Sciences as well as Geography for grade 12 pupils and those who are rewriting. As stated above, I have always been passionate about impactng the lives of others and helping them elavate themselves. In August, the same year, I took up the challenge to teach Mathematics garde 5, and 7 in both Afrikaans and English professionally at a school as a substitute teacher employed under a SGB post. I am willing to further my studies part-time by completing a PGCE and back to my inital degree B.S.S Psychology to major in either Clinical or Educational Psychology.
