I am a highly committed, self-motivated and result driven individual. I have obtained profound experience as the Administration Manager.

I am currently responsible for the effective management of 10 employees in 3 provinces of which they all report directly to me. My duties include the overseeing of all the administration operation of the team, ensuring timely process of all complete PILIR applications within the stipulated turnaround times, quality assurance of our reports before sending to clients, compiling monthly and quarterly reports. Supporting and assisting the Operations Manager.

My studies in Business Management at Oxbridge Academy and the on-line Supervisory Management Skills course have helped me to develop strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, both of which play a critical role in any managerial position. I hold an in-depth understanding of many business aspects including the financial and human resources side of thigs.
