My name is Nosiphiwo Dake.I am former customer service agent with years of exprience in debt collection from different call centres.I am highly skilled in engaging with clients in a daily basis telephonically as well as face to face interaction with clients which I have acquired from a loan company.I possess exceptional customer service experience skills and computer navigation skills where I am happiest when I make a positive impact to my clients and people outside of the working environment in general.I am a persevering person and never give up until I have reached my goals.

I was employed as a loans teller/loan consultant.

My duties were counting the cash and dirsburing to clients applying for a loan

Making sure that the money belonging to the branch is balancing with what has been issued into the branch by counting and verifying with branch manager.

I have matriculated from Salt River High School in 1997.After completion of my high school education I registered at what was then called Pentech(now Bellville CPUT) for a course in Public Management and Administration.Due to financial constraints I was unable to complete my diploma and started my employment journey.

My first employer was Edcon Regional Credit Office where I worked for 1.5 years as a debt collector.In search of better opportunities I then joined Woolworths Financial Services as a debt collector where I worked for 4 years.

I joined Capfin SA as a customer service agent and worked for 5years with them.
