I am a smart and dedicated individual with over 10 years' of working experience, who will add value and be an asset to the organization. My career objective is to ensure that I continue to learn and develop my skills to be able to provide the best of myself to the Company. 

I love working and interacting with people in terms of being able to assist and resolve issues.  I have excellent communication, planning and organizing skills. My analytic thinking and problem solving skills allow me to overcome challenges. 

I am also Computer Literate with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet and always willing to learn and improve further on my current experience.

I am currently working for the Motor Industry Bargaining Council (MIBCO) -dealing with members' Prov Funds.

 Manage allocated debtor's book.

• Conduct telephonic debt collections.
• Ensure adherence to the Credit Control Policy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Reduce debtor’s days.
• Handle full function Credit Control.
• Assist with monthly return documentation from employers and escalate to Returns Processors
• Carry out account reconciliation
• Identify & register new businesses
• Create awareness and educate establishment staff – returns system, both manual and Online Returns 
• Follow up on anomaly letters and resolve if returns related or escalate to Agents if not.
• Support Credit Control Regional function
• Enter into and follow up on settlement agreements
• Follow up and resolve queries timeously
• Offer superior client service to both internal and external clients
• Receive and bank payments received from clients
• Prepare hand over / referral documents and refer accounts to legal
• Attend to ad hoc duties as assigned.
