Nosicelo Mantsu

I am a 27 year old ambitious female who is prepared to achieve the desired goal of the description. I am a hard work, self motivated, goal oriented individual who is always looking for a challenge to enhance my skills and knowledge. I like to interact with other people and adapt easily to different kinds of environment. I have good communication skills and knowledge. I also have 5 years experience in customer service. I am to work different kinds of shifts and under pressure. I can speak isiXhosa and English fluently. 

I started working as a cashier on 2018 11 of July at Shoprite. I was handling cash transactions with customers, scanning goods, collecting payment, issuing receipts, refunds, change or tickets and redeeming stamps. On 2021 our Shoprite changed to Checkers where I become Sixty60 representative.I was receiving, picking and completing order. Checking the quality of the product, checking the dates and Doing order as inspection and handovers.

I passed my grade 12 on the year of 2016 with  a diploma. I was studying at Zwelandile Senior Secondary School in Butterworth.
