Im a qualified Hotelier with a higher diploma in hospitality management from IHS and a certificate in Business Management from Wits.
I have about 14 years experience in hospitality management of which I worked in various positions from bottom to top.
I'm well versed with financial management, budgeting, financial auditing and have also developed myself with all aspects regarding Labor Law and HR. I have experience in defending the company at the department of Labor or CCMA.
My staff management capabilities is excellent and I'm both strict as well as fair when it comes to staff.
I'm a hands on individual and lead by example. I opened the previous hotel I worked for as GM. I took control of the hotel from construction to opening and ensuring stability of the various departments.
