About Nontuthuzelo Ntshebetu:
I have an extensive experience in the public sector as a Deputy Director in the SADC division of the dti where I was responsible for negotiating the SADC Protocol on Trade, Managing Parliamentary, and Stakeholder relations, preparing the submission of responses to parliamentary questions, inter-acting with stakeholders in preparation for trade negotiations. As a part of my responsibilities, I drafted international and service-level agreements for the different stakeholders. Whilst in the Public sector, I was also involved in Financial Management such as planning as per the government budget cycle, conducting in-year financial monitoring, and preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Experience
I am a self-motivated and hardworking woman with more than 25 years of work experience, 10 years of which was in middle management in both international relations and labour relations fields. My short stint at Human Resources management included reviewing Performance management systems and advising thereon.

Coupled with my extensive work ethic and experience, in both Corporate and Public Sectors, I have taken it upon myself to mentor the new entrants in my current field of Property Management and its related aspects. My vital planning, negotiation, administrative, secretarial, and communication skills have assisted me in enhancing the lives of others by allowing them to develop and hone their Entrepreneurial skills and competencies in the Property Marketing and management space.
