Nontokozo Mkhize

My name is Nontokozo Mkhize, I am currently unemployed, and I have 12 years of work experience, which includes public and private sector experience. My educational background consists of a BCom Business Management degree and postgraduate BCom Honors in Business Management from the University of South Africa (Unisa). A Certificate in Banking (NQF 04), and Regulatory Examination Certificate from the Financial Service Board (RE-05). I am computer literate in MS Office packages, Banking (NDS), and Foreign Exchange (FX) systems. I can work with different accounting systems, I am a team player and a fast learner, and I always work smart. I can apply operational management principles to improve competitiveness and I can get work done before the due deadline or ahead of schedule. I have excellent problem-solving skills and can swiftly identify any problem’s root and develop an effective solution. I have obtained experience in customer service, Cash handling with integrity, the opening of accounts, foreign exchange which consists of international payments, and the exchange of foreign currency. I was awarded a customer excellence certificate and received a certificate for being outstanding in sales and great teamwork. I have excellent knowledge of exchange control regulations and good experience in dealing with private banking clients.
