I have above experience of working diverse communities and different roles participating making difference in peoples lives through counselling on HIV/AIDS and Antiretroviral treatment  adhrence.

With vast experience in research  and HAST programme as well as my comprehensive education and training in research study gives me confidence in my ability to significantly benefit your establishment. My background experience  in research and in HAST programmes, providing  skills and knowledge to organisations  like Wits RHI, HSRC, Aurum Institute and DOH,   who are conducting experiments and analysing information and data, effective communication skill, multitask skill and excellent administration skills has prepared me to excel in this capacity. My strengths in managing multiple tasks by prioritising more important duties and creating a schedule in which to complete tasks and ability to connect with individuals and establish trusting relationships, maintaining confidentiality along with my skills in time management and organization, using observation skills to be able to work in a highly accurate manner, paying close attention to detail and keeping records of their work, position me to thrive in this challenging role. Additionally, my advanced  counselling skills, supervision experience and  HTS counsellor experience, Outreach Team Leader, Treatment Navigator Supervisor by mentorship and monitoring teams of counsellors, Tracers and Treatment Navigators.
