I am a highly experienced Graphic Designer and looking to stark my career in Brand Management with over 18 years of hands-on expertise. Currently, I lead the design studio at Government Printing Works, where I oversee the conceptualisation and production of high-security certificates and strategic publications. My role involves managing teams, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that all deliverables meet high-quality standards.

Throughout my career, I’ve designed and developed brand identities for many small businesses, helping them increase their recognition. I have a strong background in creating impactful corporate communication materials, managing publication projects, and executing design campaigns for international conferences. My experience spans working in government, retail with Mr Price Group, and manufacturing companies like Linmac Textiles and Bonhom Export, with responsibilities including artwork creation, CAD preparation, print development, and stakeholder collaboration.

I take pride in improving studio efficiency, reducing errors, and consistently delivering projects on time. I possess strong leadership skills, technical proficiency in design software, and a passion for creating visual content that aligns with strategic goals.

My most relevant education is a National Diploma in Graphic Design from Durban Institute of Technology, which I completed in 2004. During my studies, I focused on subjects like Communication Design, Design Techniques, Graphic Design Drawing, and the History and Theory of Graphic Design. Currently, I am pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Brand Innovation at VEGA, which is an 18-month program Which I will complete in 2026.
