I am a resilient individual with 5years of experience in the Call center industry, 1year 11months in sales & 2 years of customer servicing. I matriculated in 2017 and i do not have a post matric qualification however I consider myself as an individual that's hands on with enhancing my career background. I am the breadwinner for a family of 5. I am passionate about helping people and have gained the skills in problem solving.
Experience
I worked with Friends4Life in 2018 for 6months in sales and customer servicing dep, In July 2018 i joined iTalk Financial Services and worked in the sales Dep for Absa Acquistions, Trans Union and Blue label for 1year 9months . I got an opportunity in October 2019 to work with Hollard on behalf of MSA generating leads for various campaigns. In Apr 2021-Jan 2022 i joined a BPO contact center under Merchants to work as a Billing and Technical agent for Comcast and from March last year to date I've been part of the CSS family as a Credit repair specialist for TheCreditPros.
Education
I schooled in Langlaagte Technical High from 2013-2017 and obtained a Diploma/National Senior Certificate.
