Highlights of my experience as a school Administrator at Ntlaza Junior Secondary School

I have 4 years of experience in document  scanning,data capturer, payroll activities, record keeping and photocopying. Performing range of office work such as typing, filling, data entry and supply tracking. Proficiency in Microsoft word,Excel and SASAMS, working under school Administrator giving more experience under SASAMS from 2019 to 2022. Working with huge number of more that 1000 of learners inside the school capturing their marks from foundation phase, intermediate and senior phase all the work from capturing to printing the reports in every term of the year. Excelling in SASAMS activities, Office work, administration and data capturing activities.

Experience as an Educator Assistant at Ntlaza Junior Secondary School.

 I have 1 year of experience in Educator Assistant as a reading champion helping learners from grade 4 to grade 6 in reading, writing and spelling. Assisting learners on their homeworks. Providing healthy environment to learners.

Experience as a Learner Support Agent (school social worker )at Lower Ntlaza Primary school.

I have 3 years of experience in providing a healthy environment to learners as a school social worker in teaching and learning. Ensuring that all learners are in a good condition of learning. Ensuring that all learners with no birth certificate are getting help. Checking number of Orphans at school with no foster care grant , conducting home visits, giving hope sessions to the guardian of the learner and send the report to the supervisor. Fighting bullying, sexual abuse,Rape, Harassment abuse,teenage pregnancy, Gender based violence and Substance abuse in schools. Giving friendly environment of opening their hearts to talk about anything including rape cases. Making sure that learners are safe inside the premises of the school.
