I am service advisor that’s service a niche of private clients at First National Bank since February 2015. I started as a telephone banking consultant at the same bank in 2012 and moved to the cross skilling academy in 2014 in preparation for my current role.  

I hold a BA Communication Science degree from UNISA obtained in October 2025. I also hold an NQF level 5 certificate in banking and sales from Cornerstone obtained in April 2015 and a matric certificate from St Matthews private high school from November 2008.
