My key strengths that would support my success in this position include: •Strategic thinking and supervisory skill: I form part of municipal management committee; I am expose in corporative governance where I advise, strategize and take solid decision for the Municipality. I will execute my role linked to these current duties effectively. •Operational risk management: I will able to identify and mitigate risk by enforcing effective risk guidance. Update risk register (risk analysis, risk rating, risk tolerance, risk appetite) and I will be able to facilitate risk management trainings. • Cooperative risk governance: Promote integrity, business ethics and morals •Compliance Management: Develop and test procedure to ensure compliance is in accordance with operation. Draft and compiling regulatory submissions. stick to rules, procedures, legislations, policies and internal controls and I able to enforce and implementation of standard operating procedure. •Asset management: As I am managing half a billion FAR, I work with GL, TB, cash and investments sections, review recons, preparing monthly financial schedules, hence I will be fruitful to fill the role. •Financial Management: I am familiar with financial reporting using financial systems and mainly involve in preparation of set of financials and financial data analysis. I am currently involved in budget preparation and processes; hence I will be able to do proper budget for my section
