  • Responsible for 2 offices with a total headcount of 150 employees, calculated hourly and paid monthly using VIP Premier.
  • Collect timesheets by downloading information from Time Access (biometric system).
  • Print each employee's time sheet.
  • Calculate hours worked including overtime.
  • Calculate paid and unpaid leave.
  • Capture public holidays on the system.
  • Capture hours on VIP payroll.
  • Reconcile all salaries on Excel.
  • EMP201 reconciliation and prepare PAYE, SDL and UIF for payment on Excel.
  • Print pay slips.
  • Update employee information.
  • Capture new employees and terminations on VIP.
  • Capture leaves and attend to leave queries.
  • Update weekly attendance register.
