I’m a facilitator / Assessor by profession I have trained companies such as Airliquide , Shell Depot , Airproduct , liquid colours , High-tek Ink , Comed Health , Amka and Unilever on Chemical Operations NQF1 –NQF 4. I also compiled portfolio of evidence for each and every learner that I have trained and then created a report of their marks and email the reports to their companies. I make sure that in all my training activities are fair and valid to accommodate the employees that I train.I also do plant / work area visits to check how far are they with their experiential learning records. In 2020 up until last year December 15 I worked at Hersol Laboratories up until the end of my contract . I will be a suitable candidate as I have alot of knowlwedge when it comes to operations.
