I am a kind and loving person ,who is loyal and trustworthy. I’m hard working and reliable person, who loves to lend a helping hand to others. I’m a dreamer who one-day wishes to follow her dreams of being a fully credited psychologist in future. I am a mother of a Eleven-year-old girl. I studied at the University of South Africa, and obtained a degree of BA (Health Sciences & Social Services) in Applied Psychology for Professional Contexts. I also possess a certificate in HIV/AIDS counselling obtained in 2020. I am energetic, when I put my mind in to getting a task done I produce good results. I am a very polite and co-operative person. I am Friendly and enjoy challenges. I am a very kind and good person and I respect others as much as I would like it.
Experience
Customer service representative Assist customers with logging cases and also blacklisting devices that are lost or stolen. Assist customers with product knowledge and buying them products and providing self service options on how they can use in future. Be the teams 2IC acting manager when my manager was not available and also insured to represent my fellow colleagues in my voice meetings coded system errors when occurred complied a document of all unlock devices. I have also acted as a team leader for a period of two weeks managing a team of 14 members. I was acting manager for two weeks. I managed a team, in terms of performance, attendance, adherence, following companies procedures and QA. I had productive meetings with the team members, which were based on their late coming, absenteeism, process adherence and building a solid team work. I had one on one sessions based on coaching them with soft skills and how to treat customers. Coaching them of new ways to assist customers without over explaining. Also assisted others personal issues that affected their attendance at work, those who need to be addressed personally so that they won't affect work productivity. DM duties monitoring the call centers performance if it meets the service level required.
