Unit and theatre experience as an
Anaesthetics nurse . To me being a
Case Manager goes beyond being
behind the screen ,sending updates , I
have empathy for my patients and
ensure they can solely concentrate on
getting better while I handle the
formalities. I deal with each case
uniquely as each patient is different
from the next .I am passionate about
people and put a great effort into
going the extra mile .
