Nombulelo Nkomana

My name is Nombulelo Nkomana a young and energetic lady. Im a 28 year old lady from a small town called Aliwal North in the Eastern Cape. I love traveling alot and learning new things. Im a very quick learner and get interested to new things. Passed my Matric 2013. I then went to The International Hotel School in Johannesburg were i studied Hotel Operations, but due to personal reasons i didn't finish my course. In 2020 i then started with my short courses doing Computer Literacy and Office Adminstration, whiles i was working as a Sales Representative at Avbob in Aliwal North. Due to Covid i was forced to quit. In 2023 i then started working at The Humewood Hotel in Gqeberha as a Laision but in three months i was promoted as a Senior Laision.

Handling guests complains and solving them.

Knew the types of rooms available as well as their layout and specification.

Knew the selling status and rates.

Processes advance deposits and reservations and relays accurately with accounts.
